Richard's Reproductions

My first reproductions were, of all things, 80mm bore pistons! It took me about
ten years to finalize the design with no less than four different prototypes.
So, sometimes, making a reproduction is a long-term project.
Since then, I've reproduced lots of different kinds of parts. Some for the
Okrasa engine, some for the Karmann Ghia in particular, and, well, just about
anything that's needed that can't be readily purchased.
Here's a partial list of things I've reproduced so you can get an idea of the
things I can reproduce for you, too.
- 80mm bore pistons for the early engines
- Karmann Ghia bumper arm covers for European-spec. bumpers.
- August '57 through August '60 Karmann Ghia door panel upholstery
- Okrasa fuel lines
- Okrasa throttle linkages
- Okrasa valves, including springs, retainers, and keepers.
- Auxiliary oil filters for the early "two piece case" engines.
- Full-flow oil filter for Denzel - can also be used on the others as well.
- Denzel rocker arms and shafts.
- Okrasa auxiliary oil cooler.
- Denzel cylinder head nuts.
- Individual main bearings.
- Karmann Ghia glove box decal, five colors, in German.
- Tachometer for the early Karmann Ghia, through 1961 - fits through '66.
When I get a little more time, I'll be posting photographs and descriptions.
I can make other things if you want to commission something.
